Back to Norwich, the Spring is not as warm as in Spain, we have had some days of sun but still is quite cloudy and windy. I think we can consider ourselves lucky of living in one of the parts of England with less rain but it doesn’t mean we don’t have it… we have lots of it in the UK.
Sunday was my only day off work after the Easter Bank Holiday and we went for a walk to The Plantation Garden, a little paradise in the centre of Norwich. This garden was found 140 years ago, it has a huge gothic fountain, flower beds, lawns, woodland walkways, rustic bridge, Italianate terrace, ‘Medieval’ terrace wall; and hundreds of architectural details fashionable in the mid-19th century. We are in early spring so we are waiting for much more flowers to come, its beauty will be even more outstanding in May.
